This video is an offering in service to supporting individuals in deepening their understanding and appreciation for the practice of yoge, on their mat and off their mat. Specifically, The 3 tenets of Kriya Yoga as outlined by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras, are elaborated on: 1. Tapas (Discipline; Heat), 2. Svadhyaya (Self- Study; Self Inquiry), and 3.Isvarapranidhana (Surrender/Offering to Pure Awareness; Offering one's practice to a higher power/God/Spirit/One's most precious audience).
